Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final. Once a tax return has been prepared, reviewed, or electronically filed, no refunds will be issued.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Fees are for time, expertise, and preparation services rendered.

• Payment is non-refundable once services have begun.

• Filing fees are earned upon completion of the tax return preparation process.
