Terms & Agreement

By using the services of QMS Management Group, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate financial and tax information. QMS Management Group is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

2. Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid in full prior to the electronic filing or release of completed tax documents unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. No Guarantee of Refund Amount
Tax refund amounts are determined by federal and state tax authorities. We do not guarantee specific refund amounts.

4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing their completed tax return before signing and authorizing electronic filing.

5. Limitation of Liability
QMS Management Group shall not be held liable for penalties, interest, or additional taxes assessed due to inaccurate information provided by the client.
